using the latest computerised technology with a very tight
tolerance and consistency of duplication. We offer one-off
quantities through to high volume production runs.

have two Trumpf laser cutting machines at our disposal,
ensuring that your orders are delivered on time. These
units are capable of cutting from 0.5 mm through to 12
mm thick stainless steel. Other materials (including non-metallics)
can also be processed on request.

Although
our major services include laser cutting, bending and
welding, we can offer clients a full turnkey operation.
Our
bending operation includes CNC equipment,
enabling accurate precision bends to ensure perfect fit-up
of all components. Our highly experienced welding
staff use MIG, TIG and SPOT welding, according to the
products requirements.
In addition, we offer studding - typically
used by signwriters on the back of signage, tapping
of holes in products, as well as powder coating
and plating of components.
